1. About StrideGo
StrideGo is preparing a pet-friendly ride service for people, pets, riders, and drivers in the UK, with an initial Manchester launch.
2. Website And Waitlist Use
You must provide accurate information when joining a waitlist, submitting a contact form, or applying to drive. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, approval, work, or availability.
3. Rider Terms
Riders are responsible for entering accurate journey, contact, pet, pickup, and drop-off information. Riders must ensure pets are safe, supervised, and suitable for travel.
4. Driver Terms
Drivers may be required to complete licence, eligibility, insurance, vehicle, identity, and safety checks. Driver approval is at StrideGo’s discretion and may depend on launch availability.
5. Pet-Friendly Travel
Riders should disclose pet type, size, temperament, and any special travel requirements. Drivers should only accept pet journeys they can complete safely and lawfully.
6. Launch Offers
Rider and driver launch rewards may be limited, time-bound, and subject to eligibility checks, completed ride requirements, and Manchester launch availability.
7. Fares, Payments, And Bonuses
Future fares, fees, commissions, incentives, and bonus payments will be shown before or during use where applicable. Bonus payments are paid after eligibility is confirmed.
8. Safety And Conduct
Riders and drivers must act lawfully, respectfully, and safely. StrideGo may refuse, suspend, or remove access where conduct creates safety, fraud, animal welfare, or legal concerns.
9. Availability
StrideGo services, waitlists, and offers may be changed, paused, or withdrawn while we prepare and operate launch services.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law. StrideGo is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information submitted by users or misuse of the website.
